Hello there! I am a Master's student of Informatics at TUM School of Computation, Information and Technology in Munich. My focus is in machine intelligence, computer vision and data analysis.
I am passionate about technology that enables human progress and positive change in people's lives all around the globe. I believe that computer vision has many exciting applications and research problems that need to be solved, which is why I chose it to be the centre of my professional focus. I am currently emplyed as a working student in Magazino GmbH in the Perception and Grasping team, where I am part of the development of computer vision pipelines that enable the robots Toru and Soto to work autonomously and reliably in real-world conditions at customer sites.

Technical University in Munich
School of Computation, Information and Technology,
Informatics degree with focus on computer vision and machine intelligence.
Topic: designing a real-time version of the structure from motion algorithm for the creation of a dense map of the environment built on top of a visual-inertial estimator, which is employed on a UAV equipped with a monocular camera and IMU.
I joined the group in the beginning of my studies as a student researcher. My main research topic were SLAM algorithms and 3D reconstruction. This has eventually led to my bachelor's thesis.
I have participated on a joint project with the Czech National Heritage Fund. My contribution was to produce 3D models of the heritage and I also designed a framework for annotation and display of the 3D models on the web.

I am working in the Perception team on a variety of tasks such as improving the different parts of the perception pipeline ranging from tracking, calibration to sensor aggregation. I also analyse data from the robots that show us where we need to focus our development efforts.
2016 - 2017 Dubbo, Australia
I studied at St Johns College in Dubbo, lived with local families and participated in fundraising events for rural communities in Australia. It was a wonderful experience that had a great impact on me.

2023 - Ongoing Instagram page of the group
I am involved in the UNICEF university group Munich, helping with organization of fundraising events as well as with internal matters.
2023 - Ongoing Page of the club
I founded the student club Art of Conversation at TUM with a vision of promoting an open exchange of ideas and opinions. The club is run democratically and meets up regularly in informal settings to discuss topics suggested and elected by the members.
I love the nature and outdoors. That is why you can often find me hiking in some mountains, biking, skiing, runnning or just enjoying a walk through a park.
I am also a people's person, I love meeting new people and making connections all over the globe.
I enjoy reading, although admittedly I recently do not have so much time for it as I would like.
In my free time I also like to be active as a volunteer in different projects I find worthwhile.
